Dispatch Location: Purchases are shipped via domestic courier services from their central warehouse located in Pune, Maharashtra.
Delivery Window: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Signature Required: Goods must be signed for upon delivery. If you aren’t available, you can authorize a family member, neighbor, or colleague to sign, though the brand takes no responsibility for items signed by an alternative individual.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes across India with an additional shipping/handling fee of ₹50.
Standard Rates: Shipping and handling costs vary based on the package weight, dimensions, volume, and location. Final charges are clearly displayed at checkout before you process payment.
